MX-ONE 4.1 SP6 and DRG-22 boxes? 1

Hi there

Just upgraded from MX-ONE 4.1 SP4 to SP6. Now DRG-22 with franking mashines (postage/stamp mshines) does not work. All other facilities on DRG-22 works like fax, modem, analogue phones.
DRG-22
Main software revision: DMA0023-R2L358
Operator defaults revision: DRG22i_MX-ONE_SIP_A1.INI

Bad connection is seen as the reason why it is not possible to call in to the central post office server.
Both SIP and H.323 has been tried w/o success.

DRG22i SIP - R2N30 and DRG22i H.323 - R2N31
These versions has been tried w/o success.
Also R2N33 has been tried w/o success.

Before the upgrade, you did not have the DRG?
You have the opportunity to do a test by inserting a card ELU34?

Yes, we had DRG-22 and extensions on ELU-34 to work with franking mashines using MX-ONE 4.1 SP4, but after the upgrade to SP6, it did not work anymore. (Also not working in MX-ONE 5.0 SP2).

Still working on it. Seems to be the MGU firmware, that gives us the problems, not the MX version.

Aastra have released a new MGU firmware 1.4.48 that seems to at least make modem connections work better.

Hi Doktor, I am having the same issues were our DRG units wont register after we dit upgraded on our MX-one to version 5. Have you managed to sort out the issue at all?

Upgrading the MGU did help us a lot.

there is a patch in V5 sp3 for this 13672 -LDCBR00082925 drg and franking do not work after upgrade 4.1 sp4 to sp6 yet there is no mention in 4.1 sp7
