Hi

Ive just set up a MAS MSS and 2 G650's with 2 S8720 servers

I have an issue with MWI, ive followed this doc and can call voice mail leave messages etc but the MWI light is not coming on. (9620 phones on H323)

I can verify that the MWI database is being updated and i can see the status change when i delete / leave a new voicemail

the operational history viewer is saying "MWI notification being sent to high-level component for extension 7570, error Set, request invalid station from port 1"

There are no errors in the event log relating to this and ive restarted relevant services

Has anyone seen this error and can point me in the right direction.
 
So in the phone profile you have it set for qsig-MWI? And in the mailbox profile the pbx ext is set to 7570 and i assume that that is the real ext number.

The error would indicate that the pbx is telling the mm that the ext is not valid

Does it work on any phones at all?

It doesnt work on any phones.

Its strange that the pbx is telling the MAS that the exts are invalid
 
one thing you might try is removing the ext numbers you have in the fields below and updating then turn around and put them back in. I have seen this fix this problem before. Why i do not know but it is worth a shot.
