MWI W/Call Express

Jsut checking to see if anyone has had trouble with the MWI light on the MD110 when using a Call Express, The light comes on but when you hit the indicator it will not dial the Call Express system? Any thoughts?
 
Did you set up SID number. Its under ICMWP and ICMWC. This is how you set it up:

You need to know what call express System ID to MD110(your faulty system). If they say its 10, this is what you will do:

ICMWC:SID=10,KFCN=MWC,DIG=XXXX; XXXX is the voicemail group.
 
Thanks patcher set the SID and works like a charm
