MWI - Stays on, how to tell who lit it?

How do I determine who lit the light on the station in order for us to turn it off?

I understand the LWC commands and the msg-rt button and such, however I do not know how to tell who lit the stupid light on the 8410D. I am using a g3v4 or sumthin that has no clear all command for the stations.

You can "change sys feat" and look on page 2ish for the system-wide retriever permissions and add your phone. You can then retrieve messages left by anyone.

I have my ext in the list, I have the cov-msg-rt button. I press it, enter the ext number. Then it just sits there. What next?

You need 3 buttons i believe. After that, you need a "NEXT" to scroll through and you need a "delete-msg" buton to get rid of it.
