I have a MWI problem, three people that are in a help desk scenario have their own voice mail, and also have a notification for the HD voice mail. When a message comes into either mail box the light on top the phone is turned on. If a message is in both boxes and only one is answered the light is turned off. I know I can us the XMWK key for the HD message but we would like to use the “big red light” for the help desk messages and the XMWK key for the individual. I get a SCH1205 cannot be associated with PDN. Is there any other way to do this, with out changing all the help desk individuals extension numbers?
