MWI on Subline Sv9300 1

Have a customer need sublines or Virtuals for Departments to flash when there is a voicemail in the box to show on line key
I found 08> 713 > 0
08> 140> 0
still missing something ,, not lighting with message in box

1303 for subkines defaulted to provide

08>140 = 0, 1303>xxx = 1 (the manual has it defaulted as off [0])
Check the VM box and verify it is set to turn on MW.

1303 Xxx is set to 0 which is NOT def. 0= To provide (Fornstation with meassage lamp )
Still no light
In found where to make it flash or solid once it works. In 08>294

Has this been verified? Check the virtual VM box in the VM system and verify it is set to turn on MW.
Verify the MWI internally by dialing the message code. Assign a code for A040 + A041 MW lamp control set/cancel in MB 200. Dial the code followed by the extension number.
