MWI on CS1000 ACD phone

Hello all. I have 2 ACD agents in a queue that IFDN's to MerMail Voice Mail if both agents are on calls. All is working fine except the agents do not get the MWI on their sets when there is new voice mail. I've attached the LD 23 print out and an agents print out.

I'm assuming your mailbox # is 25120. Are you telling that mailbox to light the light on one of your 3904 phones? Key 16 should be a MWK key and also you have to have a unique DN on the phone where you are trying to light the light.

The VMB is 25120. And yes they have unique dn's on key 3.

So make key 16 a MWK key and tell the mailbox to light the light on one phone, one phone only. Or you may try and use an XMWK key if that doesn't work.

What is your MW DN in voice mail? Nothing is displayed really, the MWK key will light up as well as the red MW light.

Lets try this. Put a MIK and MCK key on any phone and see if you can light the light on the set that way.

To light the light press the MIK key, dial 25156 then press the MIK key again and see if the light lights. That will tell us if it's a phone issue or voice mail issue.

Ok I pressed the MIK key and entered 25156 and presed the MIK key and the lamp cqame on. I pressed the MCK key and entered 25156 and pressed the mck key again and the lamp turned off. So I guess the lamp works.

So it would appear to be a voice mail issue at this point.
