I have 2 Avaya IP phones that will not display a MWI. They are different model phones but both are on our CallExpress voicemail system. The first model type is a 9620 and the other is a 4610. I have done everything I can think of to fix this issue.
carefully examine a station record on your system where the MWI DOES work, you are probably missing a setting, do a "stare and compare" you will probably find it.
