MWI isn't working on this 500 set

Can anyone of you help with this? The MWI won't work on this set- not sure if the problem is in the PBX or Messaging software.

Try CLS LPA if it has a MWI lamp on the set
LPD for stutter dial tone
 
Is this a Nortel 550 set? If so it seems as if the programming is correct,assuming that 4444 is your voicemail hunt extension.If using Mermail I would check under that mailbox to ensure that the MWI is designated for extension 4303.

Verify it is set up correctly in your voicemail as the MWI DN.

If this is a cs1000 chassis you must set the dip switch's to allow 150 volts to the set. along with the above post CLS=LPA
 
Great- thank you. I double checked the programming and found that the problem was on the messaging end.
