MWA but light not displaying on M3905 set

Look in the mail system and ensure that it's not being used for another extension.

GH"s cls mark work. if not look at xmwk in ld 11 key entries.. since key 0 is an acd you may want a xmwk instead of the mwa

Here is the rule....If a DN is a single appearance then you will have no troubles. If a DN is a multiple appearance then the appearance must be on key 0 for the light to work. If it is a multiple appearance and not on key 0 you must use xmwk key or select another single appearance dn that only appears on that phone such as the rollover key or add a SCN on the back page just for that purpose.

i agree BUT i have 6 3905's, acd symposium with a unique scr and mail... when symposium see's a dn call to a busy agent it sends the call to mail.. i had to add xmwk keys to get the msg lamps to work on those.. and i should not have, but it is nortel...

all the rules apply except when they don't.

Changing the CLS to SMWA as GHTROUT suggested fixed the issue.

I have an issue as well with the 3905, we have a "03 XMWK 7700 3222" programmed but it does not show when there are new voice mails to 3222. how do we turn on the setting?

I have the phone print out below as well
