Muzak Replacement

Anyone Have any suggestions on a potential replacement for muzak service? With Muzak's future in question, we are being proactive and looking for a "Muzak-like" service for music on hold in multiple locations around the country. We are just exploring options in the event that Muzak does not come out of its bankruptcy and we need to come up with a quick replacment. Let me know if you have any other Music on hold solutions besides a third-party vendor that you might currently be using as well.

I currently use this:


No moving parts, holds so much music your callers can be on hold for DAYS without hearing the same tune twice.

Comes with free software (that you can try out from a download on their website) that you can use to create message-on-hold files.

There's lots of royalty free music out there if you're not too fussy about needing "muzak" style reproductions of familiar tunes.

I know they filed for chapter 11 in feb but what else have you heard? We use them for several of our business units and they are the absolute worst! We change our moh every month and I always have at least 1 problem with something they've done. We are under contract though and can't get out with out spending lots of $$. We do use another service for one of our other business units and they've always been great.
I would use them for everything if I could, but I have no say...
 
We use On Hold Marketing and are very pleased with them. They even do our studio recordings for some of our announcements. Very easy to work with.

Havent heard anything specific customcracka, we are just not negotiating any new contracts, etc. We have also had a VERY poor experience with them and I would personally like to be done with them altogether. I have spent nearly 2 years trying to get them to get our billing and media shipments correct and they have yet to even come close. Our monthly media disks expire all the time and we never have a replacement. The billing is ALWAYS wrong... I hope if they do come out of bankruptcy they get their act together.
