MUVPN and RSA Secure ID logon

Hello all:

I have setup a Firebox x2500 v 7.3 and the MUVPN client v.7.3. on a laptop.

I have implemented the RSA Secure ID for the VPN and it works but I cannot get the MUVPN client on the laptop to prompt me for the RSA Secure ID and Passcode.

Any suggestions?

if the connect buttom or ping to the internal vpn-net don't work. Reinstall the Safenet Client.

Can you see in the logs if the client try to connect?
