Mutliple System Attendant emails after setting up Mailbox Management

Hello!

I just setup the Mailbox management policy to send a report for any mail older than 30 days (as a test). Followed the instructions from my previous post.

When it runs, it sends 4 messages to the test user with the same information every 15 minutes. I had the schedule set to run at Midnight for the past few days for testing.

Is 4 messages normal? I'd really just like it to send one.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

I should clarify this and mention that it sends 4 total emails between midnight and 1AM, all 15 minutes apart.

It does not send them all day long.
