In my home network, I have 2 wireless acesss points, connected over wired LAN, both set for the same SSID, and different channels (1 & 6).
One AP is on a cable modem to the Internet. When connected with that AP, everything is fine - I can get to everything. When I am connected to the remote access point, I can get to everything on the LAN, but NOT the Internet. I can even administer both access points, but not even ping the outside world.
If I connect to the backbone, of course, everything works fine.
The Win2k laptop, set up using a domain configuration (and working in cache mode here) is what is giving me the problems. The other Windows, Linux, and MacOSx machines are all in range of the primary AP, so they pose no problem. There is no PDC in my home setup.
Any suggestions?
