HELLO
for programming the add are no problem, unwanted program I change music-sources and annocement card but how can I an integer clasique music as hold music.

The server used for the Avaya S8720 system.

One possible way to do this;

add announcement xxxx
set it to integrated music and upload the music file

You might want to consider which gateway/announcement card you wish to use

Then

Change music-sources
and configure to use the announcement xxxx

Then apply that music source as required;
