music start/stop problem 2

Hi

I've got a problem controlling the music in my website.

The site is made up of a main swf that loads each page (a different swf for each) using LoadMovieNum. Within the main swf there is a movieclip that contains a music loop and an on/off button.

The music plays automatically when loaded and when the user clicks 'stop' the music stops. All good so far.

However, when you click on a link to another page the music starts again. You then have to click the on/off button twice (back to 'on' then 'stop' again) to get the music to stop.

THe music loop is independent of the main swf and the other swfs so i can't understand why loading a new swf would start the music.

any ideas?

Try Sound object instead of attaching music to the timeline.
