Music On Hold 1

I can get background music using Feature 86 but I have no music on hold. I am only able to test using internal callers. Does MOH not work with internal callers?

I do have On hold set to music.

MOH does not work when you put an internal call on hold if it only dialed an extension. They will need to call in like an external call.

If you don't have MOH working and if you have a CICS. You can turn it on with

Press Next 6 times till you see System Prgrming
press show. once
press next once you will see Feater settings
press show once
press next once you will see On Hold Music
Press the Change soft key til it says music.
press the orange Rls key. your done.

However I would not try to setup any other items with out knowing for sure what you are doing. If you have other type KSU I can get you more information if needed on how to turn yours on.
