Good day Sir's,

I would like to know if how could i edit or adjust our flash button in Music on Hold ,

Here's the scenario,
our existing flash button have 10 seconds interval, after 10 seconds its automatically back to the agent,
how can i adjust this? by using what LOAD (LD) anyway were using nortel PABXoption 11c.

Sorry for my poor knowledge in programming in Nortel PABX.
