Good day Sir, Ma'am,
I would like to ask if how would i adjust the Flash bottom time on Music On Hold in Nortel PABX option 11c.
Her is the scenario, our client would like to adjust the flash bottom at the dialer handset onto 20 to 30 seconds, our existing flash bottom is 10 seconds and after 10 seconds its automatically back to the agent calls.
