Music on Hold

We have a Meridian CS1000S with Music on Hold, the issue is that when you put somebody on hold on a phone and the person hears the music on hold, then if you pick up that call to ask a question or something and then put the person back on hold, they don't hear the music on hold and thinks that they hung up on them. We checked the music on hold route and it is the same route as the first time that we had the person on hold, we checked patching and it was patched at the end of August 2011. Did anybody else have this issue.

do a trace on a couple of the calls, maybe you have a bad conference channel.

I agree with hawks, could be a bad channel.

Could it also be that maybe some of your phone accounts have MUS routing to a wrong Channel. I have seen a few places use this over the system wide default.
