music on hold

afternoon here my question, music on hold . it work fine when call are coming from the outside world , but when someone calls internal 4 digit and you placed them on hold dead air ?? in what route do i change this so that internal calls get MOH also.

You will need the follow
Feature packaging
Enhanced Music (EMUS) package 119 requires:
• Music (MUS) package 44, and
• Recorded Announcement (RAN) package 7.

I do not recommend internal music personally.

Gene is exactly right! Never put music on internal calls. Do you know how tacky that is, for an employee calling another employee, and be put on hold, only to hear elevator music!? Ugh! Unless you have some really cool tunes that "everyone' enjoys, Don't do it!

thanks , i in the same boat as all of you no MOH for internal calls. but the higher ups want MOH on all calls

make no since but i am just the grunt .
