I have a problem with Music on hold. MOH is not working when a call is received through the Hunt group and a person is put on hold. I am able to call the music extension and get the music no problem.

The hunt group had ACD yes and Queue Yes as well as a group type of UCD-MIA. The COR is 1 and it is set to hear system music on hold. What could be the issue here?

Check the COR of the hunt group. It can be blocked at the COR level.

check tenant of trunk and also vdn these tenant must providfe right for play music source, I have made some test few months ago and saw that music is linked to VDN
