Music on hold

Hi,

I've created a vector with a hear music step when the customer is on hold. The VDN and vector are not live but I am able to test. Only thing is, I can't hear the hold music! Just silence.

Any idea's?

Hi,

check the COR for the VDN. Then make sure the cor is set....Hear System Music on Hold? y

Hear system music on hold was set to y. Still no music, just silence,

try testing it by putting a call on hold. If it still doesnt work, check your MOH system.
