Music on Hold setup

I have a cd player setup. I set the SYS FEA to music and put in the port address. Evertime I put the bridge clips on it sends power to the cd player and stops it from spinning. I have it on an analog port, is this right?? or do I need an AUX card to do this? Wisdom is Knowledge

Analog will work fine. Are you sure you're using the + & - of 1 channel of the output and not the 2 positive's of the left and right channel? Sounds like it's your problem. -CL

if this is in an analog port, doesn't it need a 600ohm resistor???

if its in a AUX port, a resistor is not needed
