Is there a way to have a select group of extensions to not hear the "Music on Hold" that all other phones on our system hear or to hear another message? This is a Prologix, R11 with 6408D+ sets.

I believe that there is an option in the COS to indicate if MOH is played or not. If you want multiple messages/music sources, Tenanent Partitioning is needed.....

On the station forms of the sets that you do not want to hear the music turn data restriction to yes. That will stop them from having music on hold.

Thanks for the feedback. I opted to use the 'data restriction' method. It works just the way I wanted it to. Thank you for your help.
