We have 2 IP offices connected over a WAN link. Both of them are on different subnets, but right now they are both using the same holdmusic.wav file. Can both of them use different holdmusic.wav files if they are pointed to the same TFTP server? In this case they are both pointed to the same IP address of TFTP server.

Hi VinceSousa...

Why not just put the holdmusic.wav file on the Control Unit via Embedded File Management?

Regards

just make one holdmusic2.wav and set it in the system to use that instead

Hi Vince.

No memory card? Eep... this should be added to the system SD card. If you don't have one of those, how in the name of the Incarnations does your system run?
