Music on hold problem

Curious if anyone else has every had this issue, hooking up moh across a tn793d, just t&r to wb/bw, I get moh when put on hold from the console, but not from any other station. Have checked cor's for "hear music", cos's for data privacy, tried a different source, wiring, ports, verified programming, even cold start. I can status the trk group and see my call connected to the moh port, but get nothing but dead air unless the console puts me on hold, also not working internally either. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

Do you have Tenant Partitioning?

If so, verify tenant numbers in stations and verify Music source on Tenant config by running

Change Tenant X(whatever ones you are using)

I have had the same problem with MOH and it was a tenant issue. All I did was 'display music', found the number I wanted to use, then 'change tenant #' and entered the number on the form. Everything worked out.

No unfortunately they do not have tenant part. I had checked that as well. Thank you tho.
