Music on hold Problem

Ok, here is what I have done so far. I have installed a Aux-Trk board version TN763C, once installed no errors. I verified that there is signal from music source, and that the wallboard is getting signal from PBX. As soon as I administer the sys features to change to music at port 01BXX, the yellow light comes on, on the board. If I run test board I get error code 1000??????? Please help!!!!

What's the "maintenance name" on the test screen for the failure?

The yellow light is the 'in use' indicator that shows one of the ports on the board is active - perfectly normal for M-O-H.

It only has the board location and test number 114, with error code 1000????

That test would be a valid response due to the music being fed and always in use so ignore it
