Music On Hold Problem Continued!

Ok, so here are 2 traces. The first is working just fine and hears the music on hold, while the 2nd trace does not.

The 1st trace is when I dial the DID number from my office phone.

The 2nd trace is when I dial the DID number from my SIP to TDM application that is hitting the same DID number.

I noticed the main difference between these 2 traces is the TERM line.

On your first trace you came route 3. second trace route 5.
Make sure route 5 has music assigned.
