I have a little MP3 player on my switch to handle moh. This moh is for the switch-at-large, as well as our call center. It seems to work fine that I have heard. Our call center can have as many as 45 people on hold at one time.
My question is this: is there a limit to the number of people that can listen to the moh route at one time? I want to be doubly sure that all callers on hold...inside, outside, queue, etc...will be able to hear the music and not dead air.
Any configuration tips and pointers, if there is a limit, would be appreciated.
