music on hold in bp250 with MFU Card

Hi all,

in bp250 auto attend recive the call and external caller dial the ext number while holing the call no music just silent after say 15 or so second the operator or the ext is answering.my issue is how can I either reduce the hold time or give music on hold.

hi all,

more clrification about the above. i did check cammand 4427 track 0. the music is there. and make 44 as moh dirand music source as D420. But no succuse. it is mfu with flash disk.
gentle man any idea why it is not working.

You must activate system programming from a digital telephone set and "load" the music files. Check command 4420.

i did check the music from operator dbc 4224,
i heard the music . when i dial 44 the dirfor moh no sound at all.

I'm a bit slow on the reply here, but let us know if you have resolved the problem, and share some details with us if you have.

You didn't say what software release you have but these commands may help.

Cmd 2039
Music on hold after transfer.

Cmd 0192
Multiple Music on hold source number.

Cmd 4013
Operator music source

Cmd 3831
ACD music source

If it's an old system, (pre release 10) a restart is required after programming.
