Hi Experts!!

Is there any way I can have recorded advertising for customers on hold and just music for my background music on sets?

Sorry, no. There is only one input on the Norstar and it shares the MOH/BGM source.

Hi there Azure, I just kinda asked the same kine of question and the answers that I got might help you out.
Check out the second page and MOH from DTone.
