Morning - I have a FF240 IP connected to an IP Office. Everything is set up and working. I ran into an issue when the system does not see Caller ID the FF rejects the call. If Caller ID is received the Fax routes to the Share as designed.

My Inbound Routing has no Caller ID number or name. I was able to replicate this by blocking my Caller ID on my Cell phone and dialed one of the Fax DID's. I get rejected, when I send my Caller ID i get Fax Tone every time.

I have looked at every field on the Multitech and IP Office SIP Line and can not find anything to adjust.

What does a monitor trace say, is it the IPO of FF240 rejecting the call?

Just shows Normal Call clearing.

It is the FF240IP rejecting the Call. If I route the DID to a User on the IP Office it works fine.

In the SIP message you should see why the FF240 is rejecting the call.
You could compare a SIP trace between working call and a rejected call and that might give you a clue.

I know depending on version IPO changes some fields if the caller is anonymous compared to showing his CLI, and in later versions it sends 0000 instead of anonymous as CLI.

I eneded up Sending the ICR to a Phantom User with the EXT on the SIP Tab. This user is set to Fwd unconditional to the SC that sends the call to the FF on the SIP Trunk.

That's a workaround but not a solution for the initial problem
