I used the manual to setup a multitech faxfinder IP version. I have valid SIP truck licenses.

When I try to call one of the shortcodes that goes to a fax user, my phone comes back with unobtainable.

I ran a monitor trace on the SIP and I get this:
167877143mS Sip: License, Valid 1, Available 0, Consumed 0
167877143mS Sip: SIP Line (19): Outgoing Call in excess of License: Consumed: 0, Available: 0
167877143mS Sip: License, Valid 1, Available 0, Consumed 0
167877144mS Sip: SIP Line (20): Outgoing Call in excess of License: Consumed: 0, Available: 0
167877144mS Sip: License, Valid 1, Available 0, Consumed 0
167877145mS Sip: SIP Line (21): Outgoing Call in excess of License: Consumed: 0, Available: 0
167877145mS Sip: License, Valid 1, Available 0, Consumed 0
167877146mS Sip: SIP Line (22): Outgoing Call in excess of License: Consumed: 0, Available: 0

Can anyone tell me what this means?

Thanks

Looks like you have only 1 SIP trunk licence and you already have 1 SIP call in progress so no more licences are available :)

It was the max sip sessions on the system -> telephony tab. It is set to 0 by default.

Thanks for helping though.
