Multitech FaxFinder 240-IP Issues

I used the manual to setup a multitech faxfinder IP version. I have valid SIP truck licenses.

When I try to call one of the shortcodes that goes to a fax user, my phone comes back with unobtainable.

I ran a monitor trace on the SIP and I get this:

Can anyone tell me what this means?

Looks like you have only 1 SIP trunk licence and you already have 1 SIP call in progress so no more licences are available

It was the max sip sessions on the system -> telephony tab. It is set to 0 by default.
