Multiple users same extension

I have five or six users on the same extension. CS1000 / Option 11/ Release 6. How do I get to the prompts to tell the inbound caller where to leave a message for a specific individual.

Remove the existing mailbox. Use Application Builder to create a new Application and build a menu that routes the caller to each mailbox. You can then build the individual mailboxes. Create the CDN in the PBX. Use Call Manager and create the CDN and route it to your new Application. Record the Greeting using Prompt Maintenance and your done.
