Hello All,

We recently installed a Callegra.UC voicemail / auto attendant. We have a tie PRI from the Opt81c to the Callegra. The setup is 3 COT PRI's from 5ESS to Opt81C routing via nite option on the trunks to the tie PRI connected to the Callegra. What is happening is on the tie PRI when it hits the Callegra and routes to a telephone extension in the OPT81 it ties up 2 trunks. The ports on the Callegra clear and there is only one trunk in use on the incoming PRI, but 2 trunks are in use on the tie PRI. Is this normal or is there programming I don't know about. I thought the Tie PRI would clear and be ready for the next in coming calls. This is a huge issue when the conference bridge is in use. Customers dial into the Callegra auto attendant, dial the conference bridge and they take up 2 ports the entire duration of the teleconference. This has to be fixed ASAP...any advise!!!

I don't know a thing or have I ever heard of Callegra but you could try setting TRMB to YES on the Tie Trunks. How is the PRI and D-channel configured to the Callegra?

The TRO is what you really need to set along with NCRD but that is only if you are programmed Nortel to Nortel

Here you go! The Callegera system is made by Callware. It is a SIP system so it is programmed with QSIG.

I would ask Callware for an integration guide to Nortel. They have obviously tested this product and should be able to supply you with config notes.

You can try adding TAT to the RCAP on the DCH and re-download the DCH to activate the feature and make sure tromboning is set on the callegra side as well.

As it stand, you may not have an option and this is working as designed since TRO and TAT really isn't supported on devices that can't use SL1 or doesn't have MCDN feature set.

Thank you!

KCFLHRC,
I have requested information from Callware, still waiting for a reply.

yyrkroon,
I will try after hours...

Thanks again!
