multiple sales queue

Hi all,

In order to track a couple of people who don't belong to the sales, and due to the limitation of the CCR(we're running 7.0), can I assign those people to another sales queue and so I can specify some report just on that "sales queue"? My only concern is if I check the CCR agent group option on for that newly created HG, would there be any impact to the existing sales queue or CCR? Thanks

It will be fine if your new HuntGroup is properly created with different extension and name

Number of Queues doesn't matter as such. Restriction for CCR support is wrt number of agents and supervisors.
