Is there a way to make Crystal Reports 8 put the info on a set number of pages? For example, I have data for 3 different states, and I want them all to be on a seperate page when displayed on the intenet. How can I have, say, Pennsylvania on page 1, New York on page 2, and Maryland on page 3, no matter how many entries are in the details section? The max number of entries will only be 20. The group is in the group header, and all the info is in the details section. If anyone has done this, or knows how to do this, please give me a hand!! Thank You!!

in standard crystal, you can click on "new page after" in the format report section and it will print every section on a separate page. I assume this would translate to the internet OK.

To keep a blank page from printing after the last group, conditionally format the section with the command 'Not OnLastRecord'. Software Support for Sage Mas90, Macola, Crystal Reports, Goldmine and MS Office

Thank You. That si exactly what I wanted!!
