Does the Live Business Gateway v3.1 support multiple 3300 ICP's in a clustered configuration? Or do we have to have a LBG for each 3300 ICP?

While LBG v3.1 supports either Windows or Linux, will Mitel support both OS's beyond v3.1? A posting in MS's Office Coimmunications server forum indicated that Mitel was going to stop supporting Windows after v3.1.

Does anyone have experience with the LBG and MS UM where the LBG and MS UM servers are in the primary data center and the remote offices only have their local 3300 ICP?

Were the end users satisfied with MS's UM solution?

We have had both the Speech server and currently the 6510. Both have their issues especially scalability and AD synchronization in a multi-site configuration.

Feedback is much appreciated.

Thanks

Ron

Hi there, yes it does support a Clustered enviroment, I have one LBG 3.1 on a Window's 2003 R2 virtual machine running in a cluster of 2x MXe Controllers and 2x SX2000's.

Cheers.

I'm assuming that you are using LCS or OCS with Communicator. Are you using Exchange 2007 UM as well?

How is your Microsoft UC experience so far?

Thanks

Ron

Yes were running OCS, YA is a better softphone as we are running both on the same site at the moment to compare the two products and the collaboration fuctionality of both.

We are'nt using exchange 2007 UM so have no experiance with that, we are using Unity VM and running exchange 2003.

Cheers.
