We're trying to extend the usage of My InfoView, and one delightful capability would be the ability to save more than one version of My Infoview. This is primarily for our executive crowd who want multiple objects, just in different sets, like 'pages' of a dashboard.

Has anybody worked out a way to do this in a robust, supportable way? We can send users' My InfoView objects to anothers' inbox and copy it, but they remain shortcuts only.

Best would be the ability to define sets of content and make them available by copying the objects to appropriate users' folders.

Thanks for any thoughts, suggestions, input!

Hi
Did you get a solution to your query? This is a request we have had too.

Alas, we have not found a solution. Nor can I reference one on the APOS site, but perhaps it is there...
Thanks.

You may want to ping them with a question about ObjectManager - I thought Multiple "My InfoView" was available through that tool when I saw a demo over a year ago.

i was hoping it would be within BOXI rather than 3rd party. But this seems to be all too frequent.

If you have BOE-XI (R2) PREMIUM you are now entitled to "Dashboard Builder" which is a light version of the "Dashboard Manager" tool.

You need to talk to your BOBJ account manager and pre-sales technical team.

I was unaware of that--we have R2 but have had the upgrade install delayed, and I DO think we're Premium, so I'm going to have a conversation tomorrow. I really appreciate the info.
