Multiple movie clips, different frame rates- how?

I have a flash movie with mulitple movie clips (3) but two of the movie clips are 28 fps, and the main movie clip is only 12fps. How do I resolve this?

Maybe you could load the 28fps MC's in as seperate movies instead. That way you could 3 different swf files on different levels, at different fps.

No, that won't work either. All you can do is go back in and make the slower movie play at the fater rate. Loaded movies adopt the frame rate of their parent. Aggravating, huh?
