Multiple MCR rollover to Voicemail

I have a helpdesk setup with 4 Users. We have the main helpdesk numer at 7960 with a special escalated line for Physicians at 1110, on the MARP TN I have the FDN setup to forward to 7960 so the calls to 1110 rollover to the main number which more people have on their phones (only two deal with 1110 Primarily) I want it to go to a voicemail after no answer on 7960 but of cource with the FDN set to 7960 it just loops, is there a better way to set this up?
