I currently have three mailboxes inwhich multiple have permisions to send from. Right now when a user sends an email on behalf of one of the shared mailboxes (ex: user joe@domain.com sends email as sales@domain.com)the sent email is copied to Sent Items in Joe's mailbox. Is there a way to set the mailbox settings so that the sent email is copied to the Sent Items in the Sales mailbox instead of Joe's? I need this so that the the multiple users that use the Sales mailbox can veiw previous sent items sent on behalf of the other users.

In appreciation,

Although it is not the cleanest method, try this:

- Create a folder in the Sales mailbox labeled something like "Sent on Behalf of Sales"
- Add the Sales mailbox to each user's Outlook
- Have the users "BCC" every Sales message to the Sales account
- Set a rule in Outlook to automatically mark messages "From" the Sales account as "Read" and then move the associated message to the "Sent on Behalf of Sales" folder

This will allow all 3 users to see the sent messages and monitor the Sales inbox for replies or new inquiries.
