Multiple Mail Boxs on a single Phone

How do I setup multiple voice mail boxs for a single
telephone? I understand that only one person would have the
message lite for their mail box, but I need to setup multiple users on one phone.

Is it possible to have it setup as

Greeting: You have reached the supervisors Office, press
1 for Joe, 2 for frank, 3 for bill, etc.

How would I go and program someting like that> Do I use a CC tree?
How is it done?

Thanks

The easiest way if they are sharing a phone:

set up Guest MB's for those other users. If you set up message notify on those, it will call or page them when they have a message.

Change the Personal Greeting to state " for Joe press *xxx"
for Frank "press xxx" etc. for other calls (they don't know whom to leave message for)leave a message after the beep.

Ok,
Setting up the other MB's, not a problem, changing the
greeting, not a problem. But, How do I link the greeting,
press 1 for joe, 2 for frank, etc to ther MB's?

I am assuming that these other MB's are "Guest" MB's or MB's that don't have a telephone / ext associated with them?

Thanks
Walt

Just make them Lve Msg points off the CCR tree.

Path: 1
Menu Info Othr - PRess other
Lve Msg etc etc. - Press Lve Msg
Mbox: - Enter the guest mailbox.

Do the same for path 2 etc.......

It has to be done off a CCR tree because when you say "for Joe dial XXX" from the AA prompt (where XXX is a mailbox) the system is looking for an ext number, not a mailbox number.

You don't have to.

The * key actually brings them back to AA, then the MB#. If the customer just presses *xxx they will get the Guest MB.
The other way, you would have to Admin the CCR all the time. This way you would only have to change the Phone MB recording.

True enough, you can record the AA to prompt the caller to dial * then enter the mailbox number.

6 of one, half dozen of the other.
