Have a call centre to install in the new year, and they have PRI, BRI and analogue lines on site.
The equipment that has been ordered is DTM, BRIM, DSM32+, GATM8 and an 8 x 16 Combo.

I was thinking of assigning the busses as:
Bus 2 GATM8
Bus 3 8 x 16 Combo
Bus 4
Bus 5 DSM32+
Bus 6 BRIM
Bus 7 PRI

By doing this I was hoping to keep everything sequential.

Can any of you techies see any issues with the above?

Thanks in advance

I think you could save a Bus, by putting your 8X16 combo on Bus 2, and your GATM 8 on Bus 2 offsets 2,3. Your numbers aren't going to be sequential anyway, you'll have a 16 DN gap between your 16 DNs on Bus 3 and the DSM32+ on Bus 4.Then Bus 5 would be open.

I would go with
2-DSM 32 this will start with the begining DN's
3-8x16 the 8 will use 3 and the 16 will use 4. To keep inline with the DSM 32 need to do dn changes.
3-gatm8/1
6-BRIM
7-DTM
7-DTM

I would go with cooks suggestion, but bump the 8X16 and ATM8 into busses 4 and 5, leaving 3 open.

You're more likely to add sets than trunks in the future, and that would leave 3 open for sequential DN's.

Thanks for the responses, looking at Cook's suggestion, this does seem the best course of action.

I appreciate the input.

Thanks
