Multiple Level CCR Menus HowTo?

I'm attempting to make a multiple-level menu system for my Norstar Flash (I think? I don't know how to check the version). My goal: Caller dials in, "Push 1 for sales, 2 for techincal." after pushing 1, "sales menu: Push 1 for Bob, 2 for Susan."

How does one set the first Tree to jump off to another menu? There's a path option that says, "Menu", but I can't seem to make it "go".

Steps:
F983, 1020000,
[disable AA table CCR Tree 1]
Other, CCR, Admin, 1, Change,
Path 0, [record menu voice prompt]
Path 1, Menu, ["record primary prompt"]
Path 2, Menu, ["record primary prompt"]
...
End, Save, [Re-enable AA table CCR Tree 1]

When I attempt to re-enable the AA table #1, it reports that the tree is "incomplete".

No where in the CCR Admin, while trying to fill out those Paths, can I see how to jump out to a specific sub-menu.

Is having multiple-level menus even possible on this phone system?

If so, how do I generate sub trees and have the primary CCR tree jump to them?

Have you put in path 1 1 (Bobs Ext.) path 1 2 (Susans Ext.) then Path 2 1 Path 2 2 (Techs)

Whoa, I'm suprised (and a bit frustrated) that there can only be one menu "level", when it seems there can be multiple CCR lists. I know that Feature 986 can transfer a call to a specific CCR number, I ponder if there's a way to enter into a specific CCR Path a HuntGroup or Extension that will pop a caller into another CCR.

I tried a kludge where in the CCR path was set to an announce-only box. I had hoped that a caller pressing in an extension number during the announcement would send the caller off to an extension, but that didn't work, the announcement path ignores key presses. I tried also doing the same thing with a "phantom" mailbox, no go there either.

Any ideas on how to transfer a call to another CCR within the Tree, or "simulate" a menu somewhere within Voicemail?
 
DTone, Thanks for your suggestion, but I'm not sure exactly what you're suggesting or asking.

When I'm in a CCR Tree Admin, I select, for example, Path 1, I'm given an option for "Menu","Info","Xfer","LvMessg"

I don't think I'm able to punch more than one "menu item" digit into a Path.

Could you clarify for me your idea? I very much appreciate your guys' assistance, and hope that us discussing this will help others in the future. :)
 
Each CCR tree call path can have a maximun of ten levels and eight options per level. The home menu is always path 0 first level path numbers are single digit numbers. Second level path numbers are two digit numbers. Third level numbers are three digit numbers and so on. This is from Custom Call Routing Set up and operation guide. 1995.

 
Example
Home Menu = path 0
path 1= service = Menu
Caller presses 1 to hear menu
Menu says:
press 1 for Norstar service
press 2 for BCM service

Therefore path for Norstar service = 11
Therefore path for Norstar service = 12

You must add at least one path to each menu point to complete your tree
