Multiple Internet Email Addresses?

How do I allow multiple internet addresses for a single user, eg. jbloggs@domain.com, joebloggs@domain.com etc. I tried using alias's but only one alowed and I tried using nicknames, but they don't seem to get routed correctly. What should I look for here?

We tried a similar setup over here. We use consultants for GroupWise. We were able to get both up and working ... you seem to know what to do, maybe you should double check how to do it.

I'm no expert, but I'll verify our set up later.
