Multiple Impromptu reports based on the same filter values

I need to produce 3 reports (two summary and one detail reports) based on the same filter value ,eg Location, Start Date and End Date. What will be the best method to do that?
These reports will later be published in the web page.

If your filter values are going to be user prompts, then the only way to accomplish this is by using sub-reports

You could also use a macro where a single dialog box provides the prompt variables for the reports. The benefit of this is that you can use your own date format and translate rather than the YYYY-MM-DD forced by Impromptu.

Thanks for the replies...
I've tried sub-report, but as each of the three reports will have more than one page, I could not get them printed out properly. Three reports should be printed out like three individual ones with their own headers, report contents and footers etc on new pages.
Just wondering can I use macro if these reports are published on the web.

IWR does not support macros.

You could try creating a dummy report on IWR which you could enter the parameter values into and get this report to create a hotfile.

Then if you have this hotfile linked into the 3 seperate reports, you could schedule the reports to refresh each time the prompt hotfile is updated.

I haven't attempted this and it may be a little long winded, but could be worth investigating.
