Hello to all
the issue i have is the following.
I have extension 6404 FWD to a Cell 514-4xx-7xxx. so far so good it work for calls received internally and externally thru DID.
I have another extension 6438 that is FWD to ext 6404.
Anyone calling 6438 end up to 6404 even if forwarded to Cell. It stop after the first forward.

I know in AVAYA CM world that's the way it works only one level forward. Is is the same on IP Office.

Customer was able to do it on its old Nortel...

thank for your inputs.

Do you have forward unconditional and forward internal calls set to on?

Also why not forward 6438 to the cell phone directly?

route call directly to cell using forwarding tab on user, and remove voicemail from the extension being forwarded. If you have voicemail set on the initially targeted user calls will always cover to the intended recipinets mailbox no matter what, unless redirected in VMPRO via a leave action, or if voicemail is flat out disabled.
