My rpt has 4 headers.
GH1:Site Name(formula based on a number value:ie,Milwaukee is 01 or 02 or 03, Portland is 04 or 05)
GH2: Bank Number 1
GH3: ORG TYPE 1
GH4: RISK Rating 1
detail outstanding bal
Risk Rating 2
detail outstanding bal
ORG Type 2
Risk Rating 1
detail outstanding bal
Risk Rating 2
detail outstanding bal
My user wants a total of outstanding balances based on risk rating for the SITE.
GF 1:
Milwaukee Rating 1 = $1111
Milwaukee RATING 2 = $2222
Portland Rating 1 = $1111
Portland Rating 2 = $2222
at the end of each SITE
I can of course get the totals based on the rating details.
But what is need are totals at the end of all Rating 1, etc.
I am at an impasse trying to set up a formula for total
outstandings for each risk rating because of the groupings.

I tried adding another header based on RISK RATING and
an alias table but CR became lost in space.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Because similar Risk Ratings are broken up into various groupings, you can not just put in a total line. What you'll need to do is put the information into your report footer. You can do it in a couple of different ways. 1) You can create a cross tab or chart in the report footer using the Risk Rating and amounts as values. 2) You can insert a subreport into the report footer. The subreport can re-collect the Risk Ratings and amounts in a summerized format.

Thanks for the ideas.
